The Problem.

People reselling on Vinted run the business in their head and in photos on the camera roll: they don't know what they paid for an item, how long it has been sitting, which box it went into, or whether the month turned a profit. And they rewrite the same listing by hand, item after item.

Vintedex is the system behind the stall: every item has a cost, an asking price, a margin and days in stock; every box knows what is inside it; and the month closes with numbers, not with hunches.

How you get in

Access is by invite: from an organisation already using Vintedex, or with an access code from us. Ask for yours and we'll tell you the rest.

Web Platform

The operations centre: stock with filters and search, boxes, orders with deadlines, expenses by category and the monthly report.

Android App

Add items, take the photos and print QR labels. It works offline and syncs afterwards: in a warehouse or at a market, it never waits for signal.

Browser Extension

The listing writes itself from your stock and the item is marked as published. You read it and hit publish: the account is yours, so is the decision.
